PRE-BOOK TICKETS
 
Guests who wish to visit the Park have to book tickets in advance as we have reduced our capacity to allow for physical distancing. Book your tickets on www.wonderla.com. Only tickets pre-booked online will be accepted.

Please follow parking instructions given by the security personnel allowing for social distancing.

 
TEMPERATURE CHECKS

To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff, we are using non-contact thermometers for temperature screening of each guest and employee before they enter the Park. Guests who do not wish to undergo temperature screening or who display a temperature of 37°C or above, along with their household group, will not be permitted entry to the Park. They will be offered a full refund of the admission price of their tickets. 

 
SIGNAGE

We request you to take note of the signage information displayed across the Park and follow the safety messages and instructions mentioned.

We have significantly reduced our daily ticket capacity to follow physical distancing and offer the best possible guest experience.

To reduce proximity between our staff and guests, we have made some changes in our security checks, height measurement checks and other guest services.

 
PHSYCIAL DISTANCE

Guests are requested to be with their family/friends, keeping a safe distance of 1 mtr from others. Clear markings have been drawn, our employees will monitor queues to ensure physical distancing is being maintained strictly.

 
PHYSICAL DISTANCING ON RIDES

In order to minimize contact with other parties, custom strategies for individual attractions will include empty rows and seats within ride vehicles.

 
NO INDOOR SHOWS

In accordance with the physical distancing guidelines, some of our indoor shows/experiences may be unavailable.

We have installed new hygiene screens at our restaurants and service counters to maintain separation between guests and employees.

ENHANCED CLEANING

Daily frequency & nature of cleaning will be enhanced. High-touch surfaces like tables & chairs, service counters, toilet handles & buttons, ride restraints, handrails, door handles, plates, taps will be disinfected regularly.

 
DEEP CLEANING

We have introduced new Deep Cleaning measures inside the Parks and Resort to keep it safe and disinfected at all times.

 
HAND SANITIZER

We have installed hygiene stations and hand sanitizer dispensers around the Parks and Resort for guests to use.

 
ISOLATION ROOM

We’ve set up anIsolation Room for the purpose of isolating if any person is suspected of or having COVID-19 symptoms, till the time transportation to a hospital is arranged.
