- Keep Track of Employees performance and manage appraisal cycle.
- Manage and improve communication with employees and other stake holders.
- Manage company culture.
- Create as safe and inclusive work environment.
- Oversee and manage benefits & compensation.
- Handle conflicts and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure legal compliance as per the prevailing labour laws.
- Assist corporate HR Team in developing and revising HR policies.
- Oversee the exit formalities and full and final settlements.
