Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and Register the guests according to the procedure.
- Assign room and accommodate special request whenever possible.
- Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservation when necessary.
- Promptly notify housekeeping of all the late check-out, early check-in and special requests.
- File and post all charges to guests.
- Follow the message handling procedures.
- Get information about the daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel.
- Give suggestions and comments to superior.
- Follow Hygiene regulation and policy of the hotel.
- Verify if all expenses have been charged on the bills of the guest and their amount.
- Prepare all the necessary forms required to carry out the daily operations.
- Follow all the messages contained in the logbook.
- Amusement park Entry coordination.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
