Front Office Assistant

Qualification: B.H.M/Diploma Or Any Degree
Experience: 1-3 years (Only Male )
Report To : HOD

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and Register the guests according to the procedure.
  • Assign room and accommodate special request whenever possible.
  • Assist in pre registration and blocking of reservation when necessary.
  • Promptly notify housekeeping of all the late check out, early check in and special requests.
  • File and post all charges to guests.
  • Follow the message handling procedures.
  • Get information about the daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel.
  • Give suggestions and comments to superior.
  • Follow Hygiene regulation and policy of the hotel.
  • Verify if all expenses have been charged on the bills of the guest and their amount.
  • Prepare all the necessary forms required to carry out the daily operations.
  • Follow all the messages contained in the logbook.
