About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our resort’s offerings. 

 

Responsibilities

1. Identify and target new business opportunities in the corporate, leisure, and travel segments.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
6. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and represent Wonderla Resort.
7. Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
8. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
 

We are looking for you with

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
6. A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
