Pets must be kept on a leash in all common and shared areas of the property. There is a dedicated Pet Park where they can be let off-leash to play & explore.

For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed inside the pool or any water bodies on the premises.

Pets are not permitted inside the restaurant or buffet areas. For specific requirements —please check with our team at the front office.

Guests are required to clean up after their pets. Waste disposal bags to be carried by the guests.

Pet meals are not available at the property. We request you to make arrangements for your pet's food and feeding bowls in advance.

Please ensure your pet does not cause excessive noise or disturbance to other guests. Aggressive or disruptive behaviour may require intervention from our team.

Kindly inform the front desk while stepping out with your pet if you'd like your room cleaned. Housekeeping will not enter if pets are unattended inside.

Guests are solely responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pets during the stay.
