Does the resort booking include park tickets, or do I have to book tickets for the park separately?

Our Stay and Play package includes a one-night stay at the resort and park entry tickets for 2 adults.

Is there a 2 or 3-day package available at the Wonderla resort?

Yes, our 2-night package will have both the day park tickets, and our 3-night package will have one-day park tickets.

What activities are available at the resort?

Wonderla Resort has a fully equipped gym, kids play area, and swimming pool. We also offer outdoor games like cricket, sand volleyball, basketball, and badminton; indoor games like foosball, pool table, and carrom. We also have an in-house water slide called Caribbean Whirl, which is operational from 4 pm to 8 pm.

What is the check-in and check-out time at the resort?

The check-in time at the resort is 12 pm, and the check-out time is 11 am.

Are pets allowed in the resort?

Sorry, we do not allow pets in the park or the resort.

Are couples allowed in the resort?

Yes, couples are allowed in the resort.

Can friends of different genders stay in one room at the resort?

Friends of different genders can stay in the same room with valid government ID proof; however, only double occupancy is allowed.

Are swimming costumes mandatory?

To ensure water quality and hygiene standards, a strict dress code has been implemented. Only 100% nylon or polyester costumes are allowed in the swimming pool.

Do you provide an extra bed for the kid?

Yes, an extra bed can be provided on a chargeable basis.

How tall does my kid need to be for amusement park?

Park entry is free for children under 85 cm in height. Any child above 85 cm will be charged for park entry tickets.

Why can kids below 5 years stay for free at the resort, and why are park tickets priced on the basis of height?

All of our rides are based on height. Hence, for the safety of all children, entry to the park is based on height rather than age.

Is there a possibility to have a 24-hour check-in and check-out?

Our check-in time is at 12 pm, and the check-out time is at 11 am.

Is outside food and beverage allowed at the resort?

Sorry, outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited at the resort.

Do you have a cloakroom?

Yes, we do have a cloakroom for large luggage.

Do you provide laundry services at the resort?

Yes, we have an in-house laundry service at the resort.

Do you have a travel desk?

Yes, a travel desk is available.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

Sorry, smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms. However, one can smoke in the dedicated smoking area.

What is the maximum occupancy allowed in a room?

A maximum of 3 adults and 1 child are allowed to occupy a room, at an additional cost.

Do I need to show all the visiting adults' valid government-approved photo ID proof during check-in?

It is mandatory for guests to present their valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The ID proofs we accept are Aadhar card, driving license, voter ID card, and passport.

Do you have a parking space?

We have ample open parking space for our resort guests.

Do you have an EV charging station?

Sorry, we don't have an EV charging station at present.

Do you have an ATM?

Yes, we have an ATM facility available inside the park.

Is this ride accessible for guests with disabilities?

Park entry is free for children under 85 cm in height. Any child above 85 cm will be charged for park entry tickets.
