Job Description:
We are looking for a competent Event manager to oversee and organize events that will make an impact to a target audience. You’ll ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints. An event manager is, above all, a project manager who understands marketing and promotion techniques. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends & opportunities in the tour operators segments.
  • Target and acquire new tour operator clients, and negotiate terms and agreements to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Conduct frequent travel to various states in India and work closely with tour operators to create customised packages aligned with their target market and business goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for focused segments.
  • Achieve sales targets from the tour operator’s segments across India.
  • Explore upselling opportunities and additional revenue streams.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build a network of potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Gather feedback from tour operators to improve services and address issues promptly.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
