Job Description:
We are looking for a competent Event manager to oversee and organize events that will make an impact to a target audience. You’ll ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints. An event manager is, above all, a project manager who understands marketing and promotion techniques. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance.

Requirements:
  • Identify the key target segments in the allotted area.
  • Appoint and train an effective BDP team.
  • Create a weekly work plan for self & BDP, on a daily basis.
  • Visits to institutions / Corporates
  • Joint working with BDPs/ Travel agents to improve the markets
  • Execute customer activation program along with BDP team
  • Relationship building with key stakeholders
  • Lead follow-up and closing the leads
  • Effective implantation of CRM and follow the same.
  • Follow & evaluate the reporting system
  • Review reports & initiate correction plan
  • Achieve productivity Matrix as per the target
  • Ensure customer Services & Complaint redressal.
  • Ensure overall performance by penetrating all the segments of the market.
