Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Visits.
- Direct visits to institutions / Corporates.
- Joint working with SPAs/ Travel agents.
- Execute customer activation program.
- Relationship building with key stakeholders.
- Lead follow-up.
- Create weekly work plan for self.
- Follow & evaluate the reporting system.
- Review reports & initiate correction plan.
- Achieve productivity Matrix as per the target.
- Ensure customer Services & Complaint redressal
