Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer Visits.
  • Direct visits to institutions / Corporates.
  • Joint working with SPAs/ Travel agents.
  • Execute customer activation program.
  • Relationship building with key stakeholders.
  • Lead follow-up.
  • Create weekly work plan for self.
  • Follow & evaluate the reporting system.
  • Review reports & initiate correction plan.
  • Achieve productivity Matrix as per the target.
  • Ensure customer Services & Complaint redressal
